We are seeking a seasoned business analysis professional to join our team. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of business processes and requirements gathering, with expertise in user story creation, analysis of as-is business processes, and design of to-be processes.
key responsibilities:
* collect expectations and requirements of the customer
* create and review user stories and acceptance criteria
* conduct ui/ux design reviews
* manage best practices and ensure their implementation
* analyze the effects of technology on the business and client
* produce high-quality deliverables and meet deadlines
* manage customer expectations
* create and review specifications (user stories)
* gather business requirements through user stories, prototyping, etc.
* analyze as-is business processes, identify gaps, and areas for improvement
* design to-be business processes and perform impact and feasibility analysis
* regularly report status
requirements:
mandatory skills and qualifications:
* 9+ years of experience as a ba on it projects
* good understanding of capital markets investments
* experience with web solution design (rest api-based, microservices)
* good understanding of agile framework (scrum)
* requirements elicitation techniques: workshopping, document analysis, interviews
* requirements documentation through user stories and srs
* calm, agile, positive, proactive but pragmatic mindset
* good communication skills, customer management skills, and team playing skills
* good experience with data visualization tools and technical (uml)
* good product/asset class knowledge and capital market experience
* understanding of business analysis related to requirements gathering and documentation for use by the development team
* experience in financial domain
