requesting quotes/creation of purchase requisitions manage the po process through its lifecycle (pr/po approvals, payment to suppliers, budget forecasting, department actuals, etc.)
maintaining it department key performance indicators (kpis), creation of dashboards, analysis of the kpi data.
assisting in department budgeting process (actuals, forecast, etc.)
assisting the it department in meeting minutes including documentation of decisions and actions.
basic project management documentation for small it projects.
participate in other it department activities like 5´s, documentation of root cause and driving corrective actions.
experiência y requisitos
3-5 years' experience as an administrative assistant, buyer, customer service or similar; preferably in manufacturing environments.
microsoft platforms (office, outlook, teams, yammer, etc.
), excel mid-advance knowledge of power bi and/or jira a plus.
