*responsibilities*
- responsible for providing administrative support to directors, managers, and all teams.
- ability to bring support to all the teams, control company culture, send tickets in the system of the company, to support any member of the team to solve doubts about administrative processes.
- creation of protocols and manuals about internal and external processes in the company for all the departments.
- serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
- provide guidance and support to supervisors and employees on hr policies and procedures.
- hr administration: maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- assist in the development and implementation of hr policies and procedures.
- organize employee events and activities to enhance team morale.
*requirements*:
- bachelor's degree: business administration, psychology or related field.
- professional experience: a minimum of 6 months -2 years of proven experience as an hr anlyst, or administraton.
- strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with the company's employees.
- advanced english level *(required).*
