Responsibilities
answering phone calls and escalating when needed.
Answering homeowner questions about maintenance, balances, community facilities, etc., and opening tickets in the system when needed.
Maintenance calls, balances, and essential communication.
Entering maintenance requests so the managers can follow up with them.
Data entry.
Handling work orders with vendors.
Filling out 4041 forms to associations.
Following up with vendors.
Schedule
monday to friday
regular schedule: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Cst mx
during daylight saving: 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Cst mx
