work schedule: monday-friday full time from office.
what you'll do
* partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
* follow up on employee concerns or investigations.
* guarantee legal, policy & procedure compliance.
* manage labor relations concerns and/or inquiries (if applicable). Executes disciplinary measures.
* execute pip's when applicable.
* to execute termination of contract, termination or resign and to carry out exit interview surveys.
* lead orientation and onboarding activities.
* local activities for retention and work environment.
* develop relationships and support employees.
what is required
* bachelor degree in administration, psychology or equivalent.
* advanced english skills
* 3-5 years of experience as generalist or similar roles in hr.
* key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem solving.
