Job description:
we are seeking a technology business partner to support technology initiatives across various platforms, enabling regional business success. This role will serve as the primary contact for regional business teams on technology issues and coordinate with global support teams to resolve incidents.
key responsibilities:
* manage escalations and ensure timely resolution with clear communication to stakeholders.
* support sap order-to-cash processes and ensure seamless edi integration with customers.
* act as the link between global support and business for all edi-related matters in the o2c process.
* drive sap and workday business initiatives in collaboration with global product teams.
* enable hr business services through technical enhancements and system stability.
required skills and qualifications:
this position requires strong technical expertise in sap (order-to-cash), workday, and edi integrations. The ideal candidate should have proven ability to coordinate with global support teams and manage escalations, solid understanding of hr, medical, and commercial business processes, experience in automation and optimization initiatives, and excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field is required. 6-10 years of experience in it operations, application support, or technical business partnering is also required.
