Objective
design, implement and continuously improve sap finance and controlling solutions across global, high-impact projects. Supporting financial systems excellence, mentoring team members, and ensuring cross-functional alignment to support business objectives.
main responsibilities
* execute global sap fico projects ensuring alignment with business goals, timeline, and budget.
* design and validate end-to-end sap fico solutions, integrating with other modules & systems to support complex business processes- guide junior consultants and new team members as sap fico expert, fostering continuous learning, technical acumen and process expertise.
* serve as the go-to expert for sap fico-related inquiries, providing guidance and support.
* work closely with business units, it, and other sap functional teams to define and deliver integrated solutions that meet enterprise needs.
* identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements, driving innovation and efficiency within the finance function to embrace digitalization.
* ensure solutions adhere to internal controls, compliance standards, and best practices in financial reporting and data integrity.
* guide the resolution of high impact break fixes with our support vendors to minimize impacts and ensure business continuity.
position requirements
* bachelor's degree in information systems, finance, accounting or related
* master in it, finance, ba - desired
* experience: 3 to 6 years sap finance & controlling certification, sap controlling implementation, finance & costing process, global full implementation, integration with other sap modules, s4 hana.
* language: advanced english
