we are looking for coordinator of organizational development & safety to join our rh team. Based in durango, mexico.

main responsibilities:

*
1. update and maintain quality management system procedures (iso 9001, tl 9000, iso as required in a timely manner for required training audits. Update and maintain department policies in a timely manner.
*
1. conduct the personnel recruitment process by utilizing recruitment sources, conducting candidate interviews, psychometric testing, and coordinating medical examinations to fill vacancies with the most suitable individuals, ensuring the selection of suitable personnel for the required positions.
*
1. implement, coordinate, and manage the training program for all personnel, focused on developing skills and abilities to optimize plant efficiency.
*
1. update and maintain job descriptions for all plant personnel.
*
1. support and coordinate the human resources department in the implementation of organizational climate surveys and the development of the improvement plan.
*
1. update, maintain, and coordinate the skills list formats, competency ratings, and applicable documents to meet the requirements established by the quality management system.
*
1. support the human resources department in local and corporate activities (scorecard, headcount, annual budget, etc.).
*
1. conduct the training needs assessment process, requesting training requirements for their staff from each department, analyzing the information provided, and budgeting for the different options to achieve the greatest effectiveness of training programs. 9. Coordinate cafeteria and transportation services to ensure timely and quality service.
*
1. provide induction courses to new staff so they acquire the necessary information to integrate into their work.
*
1. ensure the definition and compliance of the p3 (prysmian, people, performance), the idp (individual development plan), and the pip (performance improvement plan) for staff.

1. ensure compliance with corporate talent development programs.

1. conduct disciplinary processes.

1. ensure compliance with the requirements, standards, policies, and procedures of the iso 9001, tl 9000, 5s, lean, and sigma sos systems, monitoring and promoting their application and observance throughout the company, in order to align all activities with the company's organizational culture.

1. the plant's safety manager assigns training to crews, defines risk matrices, and issues procedures for permits to work at heights. Monitors work-related accidents and their investigations and 8 days of work on the prysmian platform.
*
1. analyzes changes in federal, state, and municipal regulations and implements changes that directly affect us.
*
1. prepare the necessary plant safety manual, procedures, instructions, and records.
*
1. monitor established safety objectives and implement corrective and preventive actions as required.
*
1. number of hc managed both wc and bc.
*
1. labor cost value managed.
*
1. functional management indicators (kpis): 1. Staff turnover 2. Turnover. Absenteeism. 3. Overtime. 4.gender balance. 5. Safety accidents. 6. Follow up the corrective actions required for accidents. 7. Dc-3 follow up. 8. Developments of the annual plan of trained. 9. Talent development (p3-p4)

who are we looking for?

* bachelor's degree: psychology, business administration, industrial engineering, or related field.

* experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in related positions.

* specific knowledge: (desirable): intermediate english, personnel selection, psychometric testing, training, payroll, iso 9001 standard, quality management systems.

* specialization in improvement and productivity or quality, occupational health and safety

* office management 100% available on site.

* interpretation and implementation of the rules; iso 14001, iso 45001, iso 9001+en9100 and iso internal auditor at; iso 14001, iso 9001+ tl9000, iso 45001 and iso 50001

* general competences: problem analysis, control, adaptability, listening, leadership, planning and organization, teamwork.
