about the role - coordinate, execute and control the quality management system, as well as personnel administration to ensure the correct performance and compliance with the objectives of safety, quality, production and people, through the optimal use of resources in compliance with the quality policy and policy of safety, health and environment.
responsibilities -
* coordinate the interdisciplinary team for the elaboration of the control plan, fea and process flow diagrams to identify and avoid possible quality failures in the process.
* coordinate the 8d's, with the multidisciplinary team, of the external (customer) and internal (plant) quality problems through the documentation and follow-up of the corrective and preventive actions to ensure the non-recurrence of the detected problem.
* coordinate containment activities through the amvian mexico and corporate non-conforming product procedure to effectively contain non-conforming material within the plant.
* ensure that measuring equipment is in working condition and correctly calibrated through the amvian mexico procedure to establish the inspection capability of the measuring equipment and its control.
* people system. Generate working conditions that foster an environment of continuous self-motivation in the personnel in charge through personnel management according to the systems of labor relations, education and training, safety, health and environment as well as performance evaluation for the fulfillment of the objectives of the area.
* perform lpa audit based on the audit program stipulated by the quality management system.
* comply with the competencies according to the fsa-11 competency matrix.

* iatf 16949:2016 quality management system.
* problem solving 8d's, 5w, 3h
* measuring equipment used by gd&t (micrometer, vernier, height caliper, fixtures)
