key responsibilities
• support early-stage recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• assist with internal communication efforts by preparing content that promotes transparency, engagement, and organizational culture.
• participate in the digitalization and organization of hr documents, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring data integrity.
• collaborate in the planning and execution of employee engagement events and cultural initiatives.
• provide administrative support and assist in ongoing hr projects related to process improvement and operational efficiency.
profile
• currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, business management, communication, or a related field.
(note: psychology is not a requirement.)
• intermediate english proficiency.
• solid knowledge of excel; familiarity with design tools (e.g., powerpoint, canva); interest in ai applications in hr.
• desirable: basic understanding of power bi or willingness to learn.
