*main responsibilities*:
- design, implement, and oversee *hr policies and processes* across the organization.
- lead *recruitment, selection, and talent retention* strategies.
- manage *payroll, compensation, and benefits*, ensuring legal compliance.
- handle *labor relations*, employee issues, and conflict resolution.
- develop and monitor *training, performance evaluation, and career development programs*.
- ensure compliance with the *federal labor law*, *imss*, *infonavit*, and other local regulations.
- promote initiatives that enhance *organizational culture, engagement, and well-being*.
- collaborate closely with *executive leadership* and international teams.
- supervise and mentor the hr and administrative staff.
*requirements*:
- bachelor's degree in *human resources, psychology, business administration, or a related field* (master's degree preferred).
- *minimum of 5 years of experience* in human resources, including *at least 2 years in a managerial position*.
- proven experience in *international or growing organizations*.
- *advanced english proficiency (mandatory)* — ability to communicate with international management.
- *chinese (mandarin) is a plus.
*:
- strong knowledge of *mexican labor laws*, *imss*, *infonavit*, *idse*, *sua*, and *nom-035*.
- experience designing and executing *organizational development strategies*.
