Support the debt and equity financing of new and ongoing projects, including ccus, through the development of project and/or structured finance solutions that provide the optimal financial structure to enable growth.
*main responsibilities*:
- support the financial analysis and modeling of financing opportunities for new and existing projects, including ccus and clean energy, in accordance with the designated framework
- collect and organize the appropriate information to support project financing discussions with financial institutions.
- utilize cemex's internal and external networks to update the knowledge database of current market dynamics and regulations affecting current and potential projects.
- help with the coordination of internal and external partners, such as legal, accounting, tax, and underwriting teams.
- create the appropriate internal communication materials, including powerpoint presentations, for current and potential financing opportunities for projects.

*qualifications*:
- 100% bilingual spanish/english.
- bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or engineering
- 2-5 years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking, with a focus on debt financing and capital markets.
- strong analytical and numerical skills, highly proficient in financial modeling and attention to detail.
- proficiency in powerpoint, excel and bloomberg.
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
