The medication delivery solutions (mds) unit is currently seeking an engineering transfer project manager to lead and coordinate technology & design transfer from other sites and ensure the meeting of project timeline, cost and quality.responsibilitieslead the team and manage the project for a successful transfer.comply with company quality procedures and standards.integrate the receiving and sending plant teams.develop the project schedule and coordinate deliverables.oversee key areas such as materials, quality, documentation, engineering, production, and finance.manage risks and resolve issues during the transfer.act as a liaison with the design center and the sending manufacturing plant.supervise engineers and technicians.identify and develop talent within the company.propose improvements to the transfer process.travel to the u.s. occasionally as required by the project.perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor, aligned with the business's strategic priorities and needs.education and experiencebachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.master's degree and/or certified project management (preferred).3 years of experience in product/equipment transfers, manufacturing background; experience in the medical industry (preferred).knowledge & skillsbilingual in english and spanish.project management, general computer skills (microsoft office, windows, and ms project).leadership and initiative are critical.good communication skills.dynamic, positive attitude with good organizational and interpersonal skills, proficient, able to work under pressure, problem‑solving skills, responsible, highly motivated, and a strong leader.also, able to communicate both verbally and in writing in english.bd values equity in the workplace, without discrimination against any disability, social class, ethnicity, age, religion, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
