Our mission is clear: reach $448k/month by h1 2025 and provide a stellar customer experience with limited pain on our operations. The role help integrate an existing technology that has served thousands of b2b customers with the existing cookunity stack without disrupting the current flow. Help shape the future of our b2b expansion and product by working directly with the head of b2b. Learn the ins and outs of a complex operationally heavy business and simplify/automate processes with technology. Oversee projects from a full-stack environment, with challenges on the front-end, backend, and mobile experience. Be hands-on and build a world-class customer experience and get the opportunity to create a product that is going to be used by thousands of people right away. Maintain/scale our aws infrastructure. Our current stack languages: java, javascript, typescript, backbonejs frameworks: reactjs, nestjs infrastructure: aws, kubernetes, mysql agile methodology service oriented architecture responsibilities ensure that the platform is scalable, reliable, and efficient. Identify and address technical debt and performance bottlenecks. Manage and maintain databases, ensuring that they are optimized for performance and reliability. Own the design and implementation of platform features within our javascript stack that engages customers and has a meaningful impact on people’s lives. Iterating on new and existing features to improve user experience and performance. Actively contribute to the adoption of strong software architecture, development of best practices, and new technologies. Improving the maturity of our technical stack with engineering best practices. Participate in the code review process and help to mentor other engineers. Contribute technically to projects by being a hands-on coder, removing roadblocks, and repairing technical issues. Partner with members of product, growth, marketing, customer experience and other teams to continually refine and improve our product in an agile process. Improve uptime & support the on-call rotation that will help the business run 24/7. Minimum requirements you have experience designing and building cloud architecture, backends, middle ends, web apps, basically the whole combo! Experience with nodejs or java, nestjs, aws, and react. Experience with relational databases such as mysql or postgresql. Experience with automated testing and continuous integration and deployment. You understand how to interact with and build backend rest apis. You have an advanced level of english. Preferred requirements previous experience leading or mentoring teams is highly valued. You enjoy working in small teams in a fast-paced startup environment. You are excited by the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the company expands.
