We’re looking for a *creative, self-sufficient, bilingual (spanish/english) video content producer* with the skills, tools, and eye to capture high-quality short-form content — both horizontal and vertical — for social media, brand storytelling, and marketing campaigns.
This is a *hands-on production role*, ideal for someone who loves being behind the camera and in the edit room — not just directing others. You’ll capture real footage, interviews, and lifestyle moments across the u.s.mexico border region, then edit them into engaging content for multiple brands.
*responsibilities*:
- capture and produce*:15, :20, :30, and :60-second videos* for digital and social media
- film in *both horizontal and vertical formats* (optimized for youtube, instagram, tiktok, facebook, etc.)
- shoot in *4k or cinematic mode* using *new-generation mobile devices* (iphone 15/16 pro max, google pixel, samsung galaxy ultra, or similar)
- use professional accessories such as *stabilizers/gimbals, external microphones, lighting gear*, etc.
- handle *on-location shoots* in *san diego, imperial valley, or baja california (tijuana, rosarito, ensenada, mexicali)*:
- edit videos with *music, captions, graphics, and branding* for cross-platform publishing
- manage *project files, revisions, and deliverables* efficiently
- collaborate with the marketing team on storytelling concepts and visual direction
- has *experience creating short-form video content* for brands, influencers, or agencies
- fully *comfortable shooting and editing on modern smartphones or mirrorless cameras*:
- understands *storytelling, pacing, and brand aesthetics* for social media
- proficient with editing tools such as *capcut, final cut pro, davinci resolve, or adobe premiere*:
- owns or has access to:
- *new-generation smartphone* (iphone 15/16 pro max, google pixel, or samsung galaxy ultra)
- *stabilizer/gimbal, external mic, lighting kit*:
- *can cross the u.s.mexico border* freely for assignments (ideal if based near tijuana or san diego)
- organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines independently
- bilingual in *english and spanish* preferred
