what you'll own
we're hiring an additional technical website + seo specialist to support maya. You'll overlap hours with her to accelerate execution across cfa, gables & grove painting, and tikrr.
you'll conduct audits, fix crawl issues, optimize for speed, and launch new builds—all while ensuring platforms are fast, scalable, and search-friendly.
a. Primary functions
* full seo audits (cdn, cls/lcp, crawl errors).
* fix bugs + speed optimization (<2.5s load time).
* build cfa website with dynamic seo templates.
* maintain metadata, sitemaps, schema, tracking.
* monthly performance reporting.
* long-term: support tikrr web-app + client seo.

* wordpress / webflow
* google search console & ga4
* pagespeed insights, gtmetrix, lighthouse
c. Measurable deliverables
* 100% audit issues resolved in 30 days.
* cls <0.1, lcp <2.5s.
* cfa website live + optimized by deadline.
