*job description*:*function*:- follow-up to compliance with process standards- monitoring of all activities of the processes and procedures of the operation- conduct internal audit reports and determine action plans- implement, maintain and improve the quality management system, aligning it with international standards such as iso *, *, *.
- continuous updating of procedures and policies to ensure the organization's needs and legal requirements.
- coordinate and execute audits, both internal and external, to evaluate the effectiveness of the qms.
- develop and execute training programs for all staff to understand and follow qms and wow procedures.
- identification and management of non-conformities in products or processes.
- lead the development of corrective actions and ensure that the problem does not reoccur.
- generate detailed reports that measure the performance of the quality management system, providing key data on compliance with standards.
- oversees the planning and execution of preventive and corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of non-conformities and continuously improve processes.
- identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes.
- tracking metrics, scorecard and daily filling of kpis by department.
