This is a full-time on-site role as a designer / jr architect / assistant for locations in quivira and corridor. As a jr architect you will be responsible for consulting design choices for clients, tracking job progress, being direct on-site representative of builder. Applicant must have strong design knowledge, tile, slabs, flooring, counters, cabinet details as well as autocad or revit experience to make plan changes, mock up designs, etc.
the applicant needs to pitch in and do whatever is necessary to ensure the projects keep moving along. Rendering experience as well as floor plan and architectural design are a plus.
qualifications
* excellent communication, multi-tasking and time management skills
* proven track record of successful design skills (interior design experience a plus)
* autocad or revit knowledge required
* preferred local experience of the local contruction market in los cabos, bcs
* ability to work independently and as part of a team
