the opportunity
the senior aftermarket manager will be responsible for leading and managing the aftermarket business in the latam region – mexico, central america and caribbean, with the office located in mexico city, mx. This role will focus on driving business results in aftermarket parts, services, and contracts for all end-markets represented by jbtm. The successful candidate will be accountable for the aftermarket p&l in a service perspective, developing growth plans, and maintaining strong relationships with high-level clients.
responsibilities
* business management: oversee the aftermarket business operations in the region, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
* p&l responsibility: manage the aftermarket profit and loss, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
* growth strategy: develop and implement strategic plans to expand the aftermarket business, identifying new opportunities for growth.
* customer relationships: build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
* team leadership: lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* market analysis: conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competitive landscape.
* collaboration: work closely with the director of aftermarket latam and other stakeholders to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
* compliance: ensure all operations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
mandatory requirements
* education: mechanical engineering, mechatronics, production engineering, or a related field with industrial experience
* master’s degree in strategic business management
* fluent english is mandatory
