Knowledge Management: Create and maintain a centralized knowledge repository for policies, templates, and best practices. Calendar Planning: Develop and manage the annual and monthly calendars for all major ALC activities and content; Prepare dashboards and summary reports for leadership on project status, KPIs, and budget performance.
