We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented wire harness engineer to join our engineering team.the successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing wire harness systems.the ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality and safety.design and develop wire harness systems and related documentation (boms, wiring/splice diagrams, assembly drawings, run & setup time calculations) for industrial equipment.ensuring that all wire harness developments and processes comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, customer requirements and specific customer requirements collaborate with other engineers, technicians, and production personnel to ensure project success identify and troubleshoot issues related to wire harness systems support sales team with rfq be proactive when it comes to continuous improvement (process, product, team organization).staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in wire harness technology and incorporating them into their developments select and source materials for wire harness systems when necessary design and develop wire harness systems and related documentation (boms, wiring/splice diagrams, assembly drawings, and setup time calculations) for industrial equipment.qualifications bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field proven experience as a wire harness engineer or similar role strong analytical and problem-solving skills proficient in cad software and other engineering tools keen attention to detail and commitment to quality ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based, open environment knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations · familiarity with performing and documenting basic engineering calculations ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation english in advance level
