architect and build core platform features in php laravel—including scheduling orchestration, delegation workflows, follow-up sequencing, and the unified inbox experience
- design and optimize mysql/postgresql database schemas, stored procedures, and indexing for high-performance, high-volume operations
- own the next.js front-end, building the interfaces that let sales teams manage ai-powered conversations at speed
- partner with the cto to make fast architectural decisions, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously improve system performance
- bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 8+ years of hands-on php laravel development, designing applications and systems
- 5+ years of experience with mysql, postgresql, or other rdbms—including hands-on database design, stored procedures, and query optimization
- 5+ years with next.js and front-end application development
- 5+ years applying consistent techniques for optimizing software performance and output quality
- 3+ years in a software architecture role as primary designer
- 3+ years of experience with sales software or products; 3+ years in applicationsupport, production troubleshooting, and incident handling
- 3+ years with linux environments, apache/nginx servers, and virtual machines
- proficient with jira and github
- prior experience at an early-stage startup in a key technical role
- 3+ years mentoring and coaching php laravel engineers
