the human resources specialist coordinates the implementation of services, policies, and programs for the operation of shared services center at nov monterrey.
This position assists and advises local managers about human resources policies and best practices.
This position reports to country hr manager with the following responsibilities:
- administer the nov shared services benefit plans.
- responsible of talent acquisition, recruitment processes and employee onboarding.
- organize training & development initiatives.
- provide support to employees in various hr-related topics.
- promote nov policies and hr programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- assist in development and implementation of hr policies related performance management.
- gather and analyze data with useful hr metrics.
- organize employee performance reviews.
- responsible to ensure the compliance related labor matters.
- maintain employee files and records.
- coordinate the internal communication, satisfaction surveys and nom035.
Experiência y requisitos
desired skills and experience:
- minimum 2-3 years of experience in human resources.
- competence in various hr functional areas; recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and organizational development.
- knowledge of federal labor law, stps and imss regulations.
- demonstrates an important level of judgment and discretion.
- must possess a high sense of urgency, initiative, and common sense.
- great attention to detail.
- ability to work independently, prioritizing and organizing workload to meet deadlines.
Required scholarship and certifications:
- bachelor’s degree in business administration, psychology or industrial relations.
- preference with experience in corporate environments.
- bilingual english spanish, with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
