essential duties & responsibilities
develop and manage business intelligence solutions for the organization.
collaborate with various department managers and executive teams to build live, daily, weekly reports and dashboards as per their specific needs.
identify and monitor current and potential customer trends by using business intelligence data and tools.
compile business intelligence or trends to support actionable recommendations.
maintain current knowledge of industry and business trends through communication with professional organizations, suppliers, customers, competitors, and other informed individuals.
provide power bi reports or live dashboards using open source technologies.
collaborate with team members for the purpose of collecting data and executing the company's mission.
analyze business requirements and processes and recommend them to the management and executives for implementation.
create and maintain documentation that includes the design, requirements and user manuals for the organization.
identify the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability.
manage all components/infrastructure for reporting. Summarize financial and economic data reports for review by executives, managers, clients, and stakeholders.

qualifications
must be fluent in english.
bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in business/data analytics roles including experience with data services such as credit scores and fraud data.
proficiency in power bi is essential.
proficient in programming languages java, python, javascript, or r.
strong project coordination and management skills.
excellent data analysis skills, including extraction, transformation, and visualization.
familiarity with data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., sql, mongodb, excel, tableau).
effective problem-solving and analytical abilities.
strong communication and interpersonal skills.
ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
experience with project management tools and software development frameworks is a plus.

operational management
the operational management function provides support to the head cre and the head of operational management across all of their areas of responsibility. Operational management (om) delivers and contributes to policies, processes, procedures, and tools for their implementation and management in cre, working with global functions such as finance, hr or strategy & planning where required. The om team will drive continuous improvement across the cre structure in areas such as governance and risk control operations, change execution, financial management and people.
this role is responsible for the financial management to all cre areas.
key responsibilities include:
working under pressure and within an environment with a high volume and diverse activity across the hbmx real estate portfolio, all of which must be adequately controlled and operated within group financial, planning and quality parameters.
