* understand and basic operating of seat equipment used in trim cover manufacturing (nc cutter, sewing machines etc.)
* trim cover sewing
* safety requirements within a trim cover
* standard components used within a trim cover.
* knowledge of material specifications and guidelines(cloth, leather, vynil,etc)
* understanding of 2d component and product drawings.
* change management and bom control
* proficiency in trim cover development from a 2d or 3d information source(ie drawings or cad).
