*key responsibilities*:
- generate new leads and build relationships with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- attend networking events, trade shows, and other industry-related events to establish new contacts and promote the company's services.
- collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure that staffing needs are met and client expectations are exceeded.
- conduct research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- manage and update customer relationship management (crm) systems to track client interactions and sales progress.
- prepare sales reports and presentations for management and clients.
*requirements*:
- bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
- experience in the it staffing industry is preferred.
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in english.
- strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
- ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- proficiency in microsoft office and crm systems.
- familiarity with social media platforms, linkedin, and other digital marketing channels.
- must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
