*the position*
*what you will do*:
- provide proactive text-based support to home improvement professionals to ensure high-quality experience with the porch product and educate on proper use.
- resolving all support requests within the same day that they are received
- analyzing available options for upselling, engaging the customer through recommendation and offer to transfer the call over to a sales team.
- being an ambassador towards company initiatives that may require explaining new products and/or services to professionals.

- previous working experience in a call center environment is required
- previous exposure to upselling and/or cross-selling campaigns.
- experience working on campaigns navigating complex support and policy questions is preferred (banking for example)
- ability to work weekends and weekdays (set shift to be provided upon offer)
