cution manage and respond to customer inquiries via email and support pla
tforms ensure fast, accurate, and high-quality responses at
scale maintain a consistent and professional brand
voice social media s
upport respond to dms and comments across platforms like instagram, facebook, and
tik tok engage with the community while maintaining brand tone and consi
stency order & refund mana
gement process order changes, cancellations, refunds, and exc
hanges ensure all actions follow company policies and are accurately ex
ecuted conflict reso
lution handle complaints with empathy and c
larity investigate issues thoroughly and provide complete resol
utions cross-functional collabo
ration share customer feedback and recurring issues with internal
teams help identify patterns that can improve product or operations

t have: experience in customer service (ecommerce or dtc pre
ferred)+1 years of experience using
shopifystrong written communication skills in
english experience handling social media interactions is a stro
ng plus high attention to detail and ability to mu
ltitask comfortable working in fast-paced envir

rements⏰ schedule: monday-friday, 8:00 am - 5:00
