Sales Support Bilingual Analyst (Remote)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Bilingual Analyst to join our team. This will be a remote role. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our sales cycle by supporting a high volume of transactional opportunities. You will be responsible for independently and collaboratively crafting compelling bid responses that effectively communicate the value of our solutions. Your ability to manage multiple deadlines, analyze client requirements, and leverage content management systems will be key to your success in this fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and key stakeholders to develop timely and professional bid responses.
- Utilize content management platforms and AI technology to produce accurate and high-quality bid documents.
- Manage a high volume of simultaneous deadlines to ensure the timely submission of all bids.
- Coordinate with internal teams to clarify requirements and align on timelines for each opportunity.
- Contribute to and maintain a central repository of bid documents and related content.
Skills & Requirements
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent; a university degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
