what you'll do
the plant controller is responsible for ensuring the financial integrity, internal control, and strategic financial support of plant operations. This position oversees the complete profit & loss (p&l) statement, manages inventory valuation, coordinates planning and forecasting, ensures compliance with financial policies and regulations, and collaborates closely with plant leadership to drive sound decision-making and operational efficiency. Manages and analyzes the plant's monthly p&l, covering sales, costs, margins, expenses, and variances against budget or forecast

what we are looking for
* bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or engineering with a financial focus.
* minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial control, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry or similar.
* solid knowledge of sap (co, fi, mm).
* experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
* advanced english (written and spoken)
* analytical skills, results-oriented, ability to work in an operational and cross-functional environment
