**Job Description**:
SAP PP-QM Support functional and configuration for North America Bosch manufacturing plants, providing solutions to users in manufacturing processes, handling tickets support restorations and request, delivering optimal solutions for several systems and users.
- SMT tool for ticket handling support with priory on deliver solutions, customer support and communication, interaction between cross SAP ECC modules and constant communication with offshore teams in India.
- Working with SAP PP-QM to Support functional and configuration for North America Bosch manufacturing plants, providing solutions to users in quality and plant maintenance processes, handling tickets support restorations and request, delivering optimal solutions for various systems and users.
- Process understanding, Bill of Materials (BOM), Routings, Product Master Data, Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
- Customer support and handling incidents, request in the system.
- Acquisition of supporting role for many systems.
- Identifying problems and develops customer relations over the time.
- Testing, documentation, and track reporting.
**Qualifications**:
- 3 or 4 years of experience in SAP
- SAP PP-QM considering a plus PM knowledge
- Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes.
- Previous experience supporting and handling tickets for 2nd and 3rd level.
- Intermediate English level.
- College degree.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Customer focused attitude.
- Problem-solving skills.
