as an *account representative*, you'll play a crucial role in our us operations, working closely with the account manager and collaborating across departments to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.
*key responsibilities*
- manage and follow up on all tasks related to current and new projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
- maintain live updates on reports and smart sheets to ensure information accuracy and accessibility.
- collaborate with the installation department, providers, and other company departments to facilitate seamless operations.
- attend all internal and external meetings involving customers to provide support and insights.

*qualifications for the account representative role*:
- *language skills*: fluent in english (speaking, writing, and reading).

- *work environment*: 100% remote (home office).
- *supervisor*: report directly to the account manager.
- *holidays*: 8 u.s. holidays observed.
- *paid time off*: 5 additional pto days annually, in addition to standard vacation days.
