The primary goal is to deliver high-quality visibility through timely customer reports, provide prompt responses and resolution to customers, and offer exceptional freight operations support.
The key services include shipment creation, editing, tracking, document delivery, daily reporting, and professional communication with both customers and carriers.
- Track shipments proactively and recommend solutions for delayed shipments
- Complete daily tracking reports for assigned customers
- Serve inbound customer requests from designated high freight spend accounts
- Communicate with carriers on behalf of the customers
- Answer phones and respond to emails
- Identify the best transit solution based on specific shipment requirements
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Maintain relationships with local terminals to reduce service failures
- Schedule pickups and delivery appointments
- Communicate with the Operations Manager regarding potential service gaps or opportunities for process improvement
- Follow up on unconfirmed or rejected pickup requests
- Maintain detailed documentation of all service failures
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with a bachelor's degree in supply chain/logistics/international business or a related field.
Strong customer service skills are essential, including the ability to recognize customer needs and address them effectively.
Fluent English language skills are required, along with experience working in CRM and TMS systems.
Additional desired qualifications include proficiency in Excel and spatial reasoning abilities.

Job Summary
