Responsibilities
prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu, ensuring they are mixed and presented according to the established recipes and four seasons standards.
Confirm guest orders, including special requests, using the hotel point‑of‑sale system; verify the final orders against the guest’s original request.
Serve and receive orders from seated guests at the bar area, offering vivid descriptions of preparation methods, flavour and origin of each item.
Maintain practical knowledge of spirits, wines and specialty drinks.
Anticipate guest needs, gauge satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond promptly and appropriately to guest inquiries and requests.
Assist with ordering and inventory of the bar area.
Work harmoniously and professionally with coworkers and supervisors.
Qualifications
education: training in the bar area or related field.
Language: proficiency in english.
Experience: minimum 1 year in a bar setting, preferably in a hotel or restaurant, or in food and beverage operations.
