As an I&S MCA – SWD Project Sourcing Specialist, you will drive sourcing activities across Integrated & Solutions (I&S) projects. You will play a critical role in developing sourcing strategies, engaging suppliers, and ensuring cost competitiveness while supporting tendering and execution phases of major projects.
As a Project Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
2. Developing and executing optimal sourcing strategies aligned with project and tender requirements
3. Supporting ITO (Inquiry to Order) with supplier selection, competitive quoting, and award recommendations
4. Ensuring cost accuracy and high confidence in tender submissions
5. Establishing and managing strategic supplier relationships and partnerships
6. Leading supplier engagement, qualification processes, and workshops
7. Managing contracts and supplier performance throughout the project lifecycle
8. Driving cost optimization initiatives and lead time improvements
9. Identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans with clear ownership and follow-up
10. Supporting volume leverage strategies and early sourcing aligned with project timelines
11. Ensuring successful handover of sourcing strategy to execution teams upon contract award
12. Driving implementation of strategic agreements and continuous sourcing improvements
13. Conducting supplier performance reviews and ensuring alignment with business objectives
To be successful in this role, you will:
14. Have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
15. Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or commercial roles within large-scale or technical projects
16. Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships
17. Have solid analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making
18. Show proven project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
19. Be comfortable working in technical and fast-paced environments
20. Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills
21. Be fluent in English
