we are looking for a senior c# / .net developer to join us on a long-term project. This role is focused on leading high-complexity development and architectural efforts across enterprise-level systems, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
key responsibilities:
* lead the design, architecture, and development of high-complexity enterprise applications.
* develop scalable and maintainable solutions using c#, .net core, asp.net mvc, and web apis.
* participate in and lead code reviews, ensuring best practices are followed.
* drive performance, security, and maintainability standards across the development lifecycle.
* mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership.
* collaborate closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver robust solutions.
key requirements
* 6+ years of experience in c# and .net development.
* strong experience with cloud services, microservices architecture, and system design.
* proven experience leading technical efforts and design decisions.
* bachelor's degree or higher
* fluent in english (advanced) b2 - c2
* strong communication skills, empathy, commitment, and leadership abilities.

1. location: remote (mexico)
work schedule: monday to friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
