Missions / service dimensions the service holder isresponsible for supervising epc sub-contractor hse activities onworksites to ensure, as per project's hse objectives, the sitepersonnel safety, construction integrity, respect for theenvironment, and reputation of the company.
reporting to the subseahse lead, the service provider will ensure the development anddeployment of the safety culture in a streamlined approach with epccontractor.
ensuring that hse contractual requirements and theimplementation/compliance to hse documentation are duly applied byepc sub-contractors, including through the day-to-day supervisionand will make company hse presence visible on site.
will beaccountable for demonstrating, individually, an exemplary behaviorregarding h3se rules & requirements and enforcing hse executiondecisions/directions taken by subsea hse lead.
follow-up ofsub-contractor's hse site activities and performances will beexecuted as per project needs.
activities as the hse supervisor,the service holder will demonstrate and execute a number ofactivities as described below.
main duties: - ensure full sitecompliance with the project hse management system.
- ensure thatsite personnel have the required hse competencies and that hsetrainings are performed as planned.
- develop, as required,additional hse procedures/instructions at site level.
- ensure thatthe sub-contractor is enforcing his contractual commitments, isimplementing properly his contract hse plan and objectives, and issafely, properly, and timely performing his activities.
- informthe subsea hse lead of the need for changes to the constructionsites plans or procedures.
- assist the subsea lead in theresolution of specific hse areas of concern; hse reviews and riskassessments.
- monitor and perform the regular reporting issued.
-ensure the follow-up of hse indicators (kpi's) and tracking ofanomalies, incidents, accidents performed by the contractors.
-participate in hse committees and other package hse events.
-regularly participate in other package hse worksiteaudits/visits/tours.
- ensure confidentiality of all thedocumentation issued under his area of responsibility.attitude/accountabilities: - promote safety awareness at all levelsthrough exemplary and pro-active attitude with project team,contractors, and sub-contractors.
