drive procurement of information technology services in alignment with it service owners for your category in us, canada, europe, middle east, and africa as per honeywell annual operating plan and strategic plan. You will have responsibility for driving category strategies to achieve lowest total cost for the category, reduced working capital via negotiation planning and execution, value engineering, consumption reduction and sole / single source elimination. You will manage supplier performance to and ensure supply continuity. You will be managing several projects in a dynamic environment. key responsibilities*:
- drive sourcing of it services in the region and rationalize the supplier base.
- support and improve the purchasing processes around it services in emea.
- negotiate it services agreements including master service agreements, statements of work, as per assigned sourcing projects.
- support the formulation, negotiation, and execution of it services statements of work.
- drive total cost of ownership optimization through a mix of levers such as competition, price, service design, consumption, ratios of onshore to offshore, ratios of sub contractors to contract service workers.
- manage supplier selection, rfi and rfq process, e-auction, negotiation, contracting and supplier performance processes.
- manage master service agreements (msas) and statements of work (sows) from inception through negotiation, completion, and maintenance.
- ensure rigorous management of key suppliers through processes such as score carding, business reviews, missed service level analysis and corrective actions.
- align with it teams to support them for obtaining it services and digital transformation.
- improve working capital thru payment terms extensions, payment cycle optimization, and other initiatives.
- assist in operational procurement escalations, reconciliations and reporting as required.
*you must have*
- bachelor's degree.
- experience in it / technology strategic sourcing / procurement with a focus on it services (such as it outsourcing, testing, production support, development, etc.).
- strong contract negotiation experience (terms and conditions such as limitation of liability, warranty, indemnification, ip, etc.)
- experience in rfps/rfqs and formulation of sows. Ability to analyze complex supplier responses and provide insights, summaries and required follow up activities.

- it pm, pmba, it analyst, agile scrum, and related experience.
