*what you’ll do*:
*accounts receivable operations*:
coordinate with the ar manager or sales ops team to resolve client payment issues quickly and accurately.
- support month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing ar reports, reconciliations, and analyses.
Team development:
- foster a collaborative and accountable work environment that aligns with meltwater’s values and goals.
Compliance & reporting:
- ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements related to accounts receivable. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to audit inquiries.
*what you’ll bring*:
- bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable.
- strong understanding of ar processes.
- proficiency with accounting software (netsuite experience preferred) and microsoft office suite (especially excel).
- experience working with erp systems and ar management tools.
- good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
- a high attention to detail.
- ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- a proactive mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement.
- commitment to maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
- proficient in english, both written and spoken.
