Responsibilities
* represent the company to customers and act as the customer’s voice in sales-oriented activities.
* generate existing and/or new sales for assigned accounts located in northern mexican states.
* achieve direct legal quota and drive product and solution sales to current or new customers.
* inform customers of new product introductions and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers.
* create and revise lead generation plans.
* develop and maintain customer satisfaction and proactive business opportunities.
* determine and develop sales approaches to achieve quotas and strategies.
* lead projects requiring coordination with other functions and organizations.
* resolve a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity.
qualifications
* bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronic and telecommunications engineering, or equivalent university degree.
* 4–5 years of relevant experience for entry to this level.
* postgraduate qualification, certification, or license may be required.
* in‑depth knowledge and the ability to work independently.
* demonstrated ability to develop key relationships in a customer‑facing role.
* high sense of urgency and service attitude.
* strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, driving customer engagement, and building long‑term relationships with clients.
* excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
* willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and collaborate with internal teams.
* results‑driven, self‑motivated, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
* fluent written and verbal spanish and english communication.
