role overview
based in mexico city, you will join a growing team to develop and support global digital initiatives related to revenue management, supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics. You will work within a multidisciplinary team focused on data & service design, applying system thinking to turn inputs into strategic designs. Collaboration with designers, process owners, product teams, and business users is essential. You will also serve as an internal ambassador for product & service design culture and provide guidance to colleagues.
key responsibilities
* participate in the entire design process of digital products & services, from research to testing and validation.
* conduct primary and secondary research, synthesize insights, reframe problems, and provide actionable recommendations.
* apply human-centered design and service design thinking methodologies.
* plan and facilitate workshops, manage problem-solving approaches.
* create deliverables like prototypes, project plans, research guides, insights reports, and presentations.
* coordinate with digital teams, business units, and it services.
* communicate with stakeholders during service design, training, and knowledge transfer.
* influence product teams with data-driven recommendations.
qualifications
we are looking for candidates with:
* 5+ years of experience in designing digital products & services within multidisciplinary teams.
* deep expertise in service design and ux design, with experience in methodologies like process mapping, user journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and testing.
* proficiency with design and research tools such as figma, adobe cc, sketch, invision, etc.
* experience managing a design system across multiple products.
* strong communication and organizational skills, capable of handling ambiguity and priorities.
* experience with agile and safe methodologies, and tools like azure devops, jira, confluence.
* proven ability to lead project vision, execution, and quality assurance.
* experience conducting user research and testing sessions, creating artifacts from synthesis.
* advocacy for user-centric design principles.
* experience designing responsive digital products, especially for mobile platforms.
* workshop planning and facilitation skills.
