what you\'ll do
* lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition analysts, setting priorities and guiding their daily efforts.
* collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand project needs, skills requirements, and candidate profiles.
* define and implement hunting strategies to proactively identify top candidates through linkedin, social media, and other sourcing platforms.
* classify candidates based on screening results and interviews, ensuring alignment with hiring teams.
what we are looking for
* 5+ years of experience in it recruiting, with a focus on talent sourcing and hunting.
* 1+ years of experience leading or managing recruitment or sourcing teams.
* experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
* deep understanding of headhunting within the it industry.
* advanced english level.
