we're looking for a technical support specialist to join our team.
you'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting tech issues and ensuring our users get the support they need.
*what you will do*:- merge and triage customer support tickets with the appropriate prioritization.
constant mindfulness of trends or issues that could negatively impact the customer experience.- maintain complete knowledge of number3arn's product offering, identifying the best solution to meet customer needs and actively keeping an eye out for bugs and user experience improvements.
this knowledge extends to our additional brands.- develop expertise in supporting customers in the following: o assist customers in finding and purchasing the perfect phone number(s).- porting numbers in and out.- account management (billing, number management, and more).- empower customers by sending them helpful articles from our zendesk help center, while also actively suggesting additions and edits that address any gaps or inaccuracies in our content.- engage with the customer support team in weekly team round-up meetings and daily via slack.- wherever possible, assist and collaborate with fellow team members as they support customers.- effectively manage time and resources to meet and/or exceed oats in a blended remote and in-office.
*what we're looking for*:- experience in tech support.- solid knowledge of windows and common software.- basic networking knowledge (tcp/ip, dns, dhcp).- strong problem-solving skills and clear communication.- excellent english communication skills- proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.- certifications like comptia a+ or microsoft certified it professional are a plus.
