Regional director position
we are seeking a highly skilled regional director to lead our franchise operations in assigned regions. This role will oversee the execution of business strategies, develop plans for new and existing markets, and provide ongoing support to our franchisees.
the ideal candidate will have a degree in business or a related field and extensive experience in multi-unit, franchise operations leadership. They must be able to analyze financial data, communicate effectively, and lead cross-functional teams.
this is a leadership role that requires frequent travel throughout the region and internationally. The regional director will work closely with various departments to drive sales growth and profitability.
key responsibilities:
* develop and implement regional business plans to achieve sales and market share goals
* oversee franchise operations, including training programs and evaluations
* lead cross-functional teams to improve store and operational evaluations
* collaborate with international marketing to coordinate global/regional marketing plans
* direct development of annual franchise business plans for each region
candidates must be fluent in english and have the ability to speak, read, and write multiple languages as required by the region.
