our next independent erp sales consultant doesn't wait for leads. You'll build your own pipeline, identify prospects across industries, and close deals directly with cfos, it directors, operations managers, and business owners. You'll have the support of a strong technical delivery team for demos and implementation, but the hunt and the close are yours.

position overview

* highlights: base + commission, total autonomy, high-value product, unlimited income potential
* job type: independent sales professional / consultant (part-time or full-time)
* work hours: fully flexible – set your own schedule ;however, outreach to potential and existing customers should be done during u.s. business hours (9 am – 6 pm est/pst depending on region)
* base pay: $500/month usd (performance-based retainer)
* commissions: $300 to $3600 usd per closed deal (deal-size dependent)
* earnings: uncapped – close more, earn more
* location: 100% remote (global)

required experience

* proven b2b complex sales experience (erp, enterprise software, saas, or it solutions preferred)
* strong english proficiency (spoken and written) with confident, persuasive presentation ability
* hunter mentality – able to build opportunities from scratch (no provided leads)
* entrepreneurial mindset – thrives without playbooks or micromanagement
* existing erp industry network is a strong advantage
* comfortable with a commission-driven structure and modest base pay
