Requirements/qualifications: must-have experience:· bachelor’s degree in a technology related field, or 7+ years of experience working desktop management systems.· expert-level experience with microsoft intune (endpoint manager), including device compliance, configuration profiles, app deployment, and autopilot.· in depth knowledge of deploying, optimizing/architecting, and expanding azure avd.· in depth knowledge of deploying, optimizing/architecting, and expanding azure hci.· deep hands-on experience with azure virtual desktop (avd) architecture, user profiles (fslogix), and performance tuning.· proven experience managing avd environments using nerdio manager· strong understanding of modern endpoint security practices, windows 10/11, and hybrid azure ad environments.· scripting and automation experience in powershellpreferred skills:· azure networking certification or experience in troubleshot performance issues in avd by analyzing vnet routing, latency, and private link configurations.· familiarity with conditional access policies, microsoft defender for endpoint, and zero trust principles.· certifications such as microsoft certified: endpoint administrator associate, azure administrator associate, or similar.· experience in environments with high compliance and security requirements (e.g., finance, healthcare, government).
