responsibilities
* sales execution & strategy: help establish and implement programs for sales to surgeons and other or professionals under direct supervision; contribute to basic project components and conduct simple trend analysis to support continuous improvement.
* data & pipeline management: document customer account information, set up reporting to monitor the sales pipeline, and proactively drive data‑driven account and hcp targeting using analytics tools.
* product & territory expertise: expand knowledge base to become the product expert within the assigned geography; connect surgical procedures with commercialized platforms and communicate them to clients.
* client engagement & territory planning: maintain engagement and communication with clients; define target users and physicians, and plan the territory agenda to effectively influence plans.
* apply johnson & johnson’s credo and leadership imperatives in day‑to‑day interactions.
requirements & qualifications
* experience: 3 to 5 years of sales experience (medical devices sector preferred, but not mandatory); strong interest in building a career in healthcare.
* skills & attributes: resilient profile with frustration tolerance, problem‑solving skills, and willingness to travel 35% of the time within chihuahua.
