This role is responsible for managing the tqm budget, driving continuous improvement, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective after-sales service, audit coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with hq and regional partners.
key responsabilities: strategic leadership leads the development and execution of safety, quality, technical, and sustainability strategies, manages the tqm budget, and drives cross-functional training programs to align with nestlé’s global objectives. Operational excellence implements safety and sustainability roadmaps, manages certifications (e.g., b corp), ensures regulatory compliance, and supports incident and crisis management to maintain high standards across all operations. Cross-functional alignment drives the implementation of corporate she and tqm strategies, supports key initiatives, and contributes to local business strategy to enhance efficiency and commercial impact. Quality & compliance ensures omnichannel service quality, leads internal and external audits, and drives continuous improvement through system updates and environmental initiatives. She & sustainability champions the positive cup strategy, promotes capsule recycling, reduces waste and energy consumption, and leads the business impact assessment (bia) to foster environmental responsibility. Crisis management implements and oversees the crisis management system, leads the crisis committee, and ensures effective follow-up on incidents related to quality, safety, and technical issues. Customer satisfaction leads after-sales service strategy and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring technical and environmental quality while managing customer feedback to enhance satisfaction and reduce complaints. Customer relations acts as the main liaison with hq and other markets, coordinates audits and compliance actions, participates in global trainings, and coaches teams to strengthen collaboration and communication.
requirements 3 - 4 years of experience advanced english bachelor degree engineer, qa, iq french is a plus lead auditor iso 9k, 14k, 45k (is an advantage)
