This role acts as a key point of contact for customers, internal teams, sales, and service partners, ensuring effective execution of services, spare parts management, accurate documentation, and compliance with internal processes and audit requirements.*key responsibilities*technical support & customer interface- respond to technical requests from internal technical teams and customers.- provide second-level technical guidance, including sharing manuals, technical documentation, and service-related act as the primary service contact for customers on operational and technical service support when required on-site installations, inspections, or technical reviews when required.service coordination (preventive & corrective)- schedule and track preventive and corrective service activities.- ensure assigned service engineers are on site as scheduled.- coordinate the availability and delivery of required spare parts for each service activity.- follow up on service completion and ensure proper service closure and supervise accurate service registration in the system.- provide second-level approval for work orders (wos) when applicable.spare parts management- validate spare parts provide technical information to support correct spare parts follow up on spare parts sales in coordination with the sales team.- request and track spare parts shipments.- manage non-stock spare parts.- process and follow up on warranty spare parts requests.sales & commercial support- follow up with the sales team on service and spare-parts-related pipeline activities.- review and consult service contracts to validate service coverage and scope.- support technical validation of service and spare-parts-related commercial offers.documentation responsibilities- register and track invoices from service partners.- maintain complete and accurate documentation related to the service area, including customer purchase orders, service reports, invoices, and dupont purchase orders to suppliers.- provide service-related evidence and documentation to support internal and external audits.equipment coordination- request equipment required for service activities or projects.- coordinate internally to ensure proper delivery of equipment to customers or service sites.*qualifications*education & experience- technical degree or bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.- previous experience in technical support or equipment service salesforce, power bi and sap background desirable.languages- spanish: fluent- english: professional proficiency- portuguese: desirablejoin our to stay connected with us!Dupont is an equal opportunity employer.
