Job Overview
We're seeking a skilled professional to develop and execute projects that enhance our recruitment processes and daily operations in the plant.
The idóneo candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating various talent acquisition initiatives, including intern visits, university partnerships, and job affairs.
- Preparing and presenting comprehensive recruitment reports.
- Onboarding new employees by registering them in our internal system.
- Creating documentation for new hires.
To succeed in this role, the successful candidate must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Availability to work on-site at our facility.
- Intermediate English skills.
- Strong analytical, innovative, teamwork, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Coordination: Develop and implement projects to improve recruitment processes.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular recruitment reports.
- New Hire Onboarding: Register new employees in our internal system and create necessary documentation.
Requirements:
